Bequia: Searching For Pirate Gold in Paradise (link for my article)

I had a great vacation in Bequia-- a wonderful and remote island near St. Vincent in the Grenadines (Caribbean). Of course I couldn't refuse the opportunity to search around for buried treasure. Reportedly Blackbeard the pirate spent six months on the island refitting his ship.  I wrote an article for Eastern & Western Treasures Magazine about my adventures there.   You can link to the article here.

    Great article, love to hear about detecting in exotic places , so far the most exotic place i have hunted is a few beaches in the Philippines.

    We were all raised on stories of pirates and buried treasure it would be fun to search a area known for treasure.
