Marcos Ladies in Court Again After Seized Jewelry

Imelda Marcos and her daughter had a set back in court this week as they lost a case trying to reclaim jewelry that was seized from them in 1986 when President Marcos was overthrown.  Reportedly, millions of dollars worth of seized jewelry is still in a Manila bank and the Marcos ladies will undoubtedly try again in court to get their hands back on the jewels. 1. It is pretty well known that the Marcos family was very corrupt and plundered a lot of wealth from the Philippines making them selves beyond rich while the average citizen barley got by living in poverty. It would be great if the Marcos collection could be sold off to help the large number of poor there.
